What success looks like in this role:
- Mobile Device Management Specialist:
- Candidate with minimum of 5 Yrs experience in IT industry with good experience in Windows component, IIS 7 and higher, Web servers ( IIS, Tomcat , Apache), Very Good understanding of Change and Release Management. Overall experience in Mobile technologies related to mobile operating systems and features for iOS, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile. Candidate should have experience in MDM software setup in POC and enterprise level. Practical implementation knowledge of mobile Device management testing would be an added advantage.
- Role Description:
- Installation and configuration of MDM solution on lab environment.
- Configuration of IIS and testing of device connectivity from public network.
- Should be able to troubleshoot errors at the time of installation and configuration. Also required to document the process and best practices' scenario.
- Setup and configure user profile and for devices.
- Device enrolment in all possible ways.
- Secured the mobile device communications.
- Configure SEG, SCEP, for MDM.
- Configure Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.
- Configure and implement MS Exchange Active Sync policies for Device.
- Help team to create documentation for the Product.
- Well conversant in implementation methodologies.
- Create, Maintain documentations up to date following documentation guidelines policy.
- Certifications:
- MCTS/ MCP/MCSE, ITIL etc ..
- Any Management certifications will an added advantage.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- University degree or equivalent education and experience • Minimum of 5 years relevant experienceAdvanced knowledge in one of the technologies relating to enterprise systems, networks, backup, storage, cloud or a customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys application. Have specific certifications on the respective domain, platform or application. •Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery. •Must be client focused, display interpersonal skills and be an effective team member. •Ability to train and develop staff and/or client.
