Summary

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive innovation in healthcare finance? We're seeking an energetic and forward-thinking leader to oversee Cash Processing and ensure our financial goals are met. In this role, you'll manage a talented team, using Lean processes and Toyota Production System principles to optimize workflow and streamline operations. You'll play a crucial part in hitting key revenue cycle targets, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture where new ideas thrive.

What This Role Entails:

With a focus on collaboration, you'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, participate in leadership meetings, and lead initiatives that shape the future of our department. Your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement will be essential as you monitor our Revenue Cycle Scorecard, identify areas for growth, and implement impactful changes through Kaizen events and A3 tools.

You'll also take charge of recruiting, mentoring, and developing staff, building a high performing, engaged team that’s committed to excellence. This is a role where leadership meets innovation, and your contributions will make a meaningful difference to both the team and the organization!

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) – “What you will need”:

  • Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent hospital leadership experience.
  • License/Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. Yellow Belt required (may be acquired post-hire).
  • Experience: 3+ years in a related Healthcare Patient Accounting Field. 3-5 years' supervisory/leadership in a professional revenue cycle with a focus in Cash Posting Operations, cash reconciliation, and Hospital/Professional Billing in a fee for service, Rural Health and Provider Base environments.
  • Able to work in a high volume, fast paced work environment and perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
