1st Shift Production Supervisor
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of production associates and operations to achieve required production and quality standards in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
Train, direct, and develop associates to meet operating, safety, and quality requirements within the department and/or area. Supervise production staff to ensure product quality, integrity, and ensures all finished products meet or exceeds customer requirements. Administers company policies and procedures and maintains an environment that is conducive to retaining associates.
