Soni Resources' client is seeking a C++ Software Developer to join their Options Trading Desk team in the Philadelphia area!
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, scale and support our signal generation platforms, tools and infrastructure
- Collaborate with Quantitative Researchers and Strategy Developers to evolve our signal generation technology
- Gain and develop an in-depth understanding of option trading
Requirements:
- Developer with a strong track record and a love for technology
- A passion for clean code, simple well architected-systems and continuous improvement
- Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, experience with OS internals and/or system programming a plu
- At least 5+ years of experience in professional software development in C++, C, C# and/or Java (Preferrable C++)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or its foreign equivalent; advanced degree is a plus
- Knowledge of market microstructure and/or trading a plus
Compensation: $350,000-$450,000 a year
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
Schedule: 5 days a week onsite, 9 hour shift
