What You'll Do

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll:

• Be the go-to expert for customers, guiding them through their buying journey.
• Answer questions, solve problems, and recommend products that match each customer's needs.
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email in a way that's both professional and friendly.
• Help gamers and tech enthusiasts find the perfect setup for their unique requirements.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A love for technology, computers, and gaming.
• A positive attitude and a knack for solving problems.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• A proactive mindset with a customer-first approach.
• The ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 or older).
• Local candidates only.

Bonus Points For:

• 2-4 years of sales experience, especially in phone or gaming sales.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms and tech systems.
