Product Manager – AI

What the day will look like

The person in this role will be responsible for developing relationships with multiple product teams to evangelize the use of Artificial Intelligence to accelerate our company's AI and Data Strategy. This person will stay abreast of the AI landscape and trends to ensure we are staying ahead of our competition including, but not limited to the use of LLM’s, NLP and Document Ingestion. Additionally, they will be responsible for partnering with business and IT resources to identify AI use cases, develop/test and deploy AI into production.

This person will be responsible for building an AI practice and consult with business and IT as to the best ways to utilize AI including protecting against data hallucinations.

This person will work with the business to document user stories, translate them to the development team and usher the development into production.

• Conduct research related to solving complex problems and understanding AI trends that help support business and IT strategies.
• Works with one or more sophisticated projects.
• Maintain an acceptable level of technical and business proficiency to be an advocate for our business to deliver superior technology to leap-frog our competition.
• Stay abreast of current market trends that serve to inform the overall AI roadmap

Skills and Experience that will lead to success

• Generally, a minimum of 8 years of experience in the AI space, preferably starting out in a technical role.
• Strong proficiency in MicroSoft PowerPoint and executive communications.
• Proven ability to manage vendor and partner relationships
• Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills; strong communication skills
• Consulting background a plus
