QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to think and act autonomously in a variety of situations
  • Ability to physically respond to physically active and aggressive children, adolescents, and young adults. Ability to successfully
  • Fingerprint clearance required (FBI & DOJ).
  • Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Clean California DMV record required.
  • Able to pass pre-employment physical examination and drug screen.
  • Knowledge and ability to apply all health and safety regulations to minimize and mitigate risks in the provision of student care and environmental maintenance.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
