Responsabilidades

What you’ll do as a Customer Service for Health Care? 

  • Respond to all customer inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
  • Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
  • Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
  • Document and update records in the required systems.

Requisitos

This is what you need to be a part of the TOP Team:

  • An Intermediate English level.
  • To live in Lima.
  • To be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
  • To have skills to solve situations in the most positive way.

Enjoy: 

  • Renewable 6-month contract. 
  • Available to work in Los Inkas site.
  • Paid training from day one.
  • Salary of S/. 1,700 + 15% Variable + S/.350 attendance bonus (varies according to conditions)
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, monday to Friday, saturday & sunday off. ????️
  • Available to work from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
