Job Title: Sr. Engineer Protection & Control
Location: Orange, CT. Office
Salary: The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $110k to 125k
Job Summary
The Substation Projects Senior Engineer P&C will be responsible for Substation Protection and Control designs for major capital projects.
The Senior Engineer in Projects organization is an engineer position with responsibilities over the portfolio of projects assigned to the Unit where the Engineer will be assigned to, ensuring each project is engineered in compliance with regulations, company standards, and consistently across the board.
Position reports to the Unit Manager, but the position will work day-to-day in cross functional project team and support project needs as dictated by the Project Manager and Unit Manager.
Experience with control and protection schematics and single one line diagrams and Knowledge of national and international standards, regulations, and compliance requirements associated with power system protection.
