About the Job:
Integrated circuit manufacturing relies on advanced Manufacturing Execution System (MES) capabilities including disciplined management of measured data and workflow automation. This role will rapidly learn a complex multilanguage and system legacy environment and implement required database and operating system upgrades, resolve issues, analyze requirements for new features, manage information including measured data, recipes, and routings, and advise on and implement improvements, modernizations, and corrective actions.
About the Team:
Our team, part of Keysight Laboratories’ High Frequency Technology Center (HFTC), builds and supports software solutions that help manufacture and test integrated circuits and advanced packaging technologies made in Keysight’s Santa Rosa wafer fabrication facility. HFTC’s ability to rapidly innovate and deliver the world’s best high frequency technology provides fundamental differentiation for electronic measurement products.
Manages MES user support and resolves technical issues.
Captures, maintains and updates documentation and training materials
Gathers, analyzes, and documents requirements to guide design of new features.
Implements system updates and improvements in collaboration with IT.
Modernize legacy system components via technology transitions.
Executes regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Collaborates with manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Develops and maintains system performance monitoring protocols.
Supports and assists in development of manufacturing data visualizations.
Administers compliance checks.
Works overtime as needed to support production and projects.
Assists in providing continuous 24/7 manufacturing support.
