Job Track Description:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT operations/ Production support.
• Experience in handling L1 IT service desk with bridge handling skills for incidents/change and service requests.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Must have ITIL knowledge.
• Good knowledge on Unix/Linux and basic knowledge of Shell scripting will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle escalations.
• Familiar with E-mail queue management and handy with MS office
• Basic knowledge of servers, web-based applications usage
• Education qualification – BE, B.Tech, BCA. 
• 24/7 workplace - Flexible to work in any shift and for additional hours as per need.
