Job Summary
Cell and Gene Therapy Master’s Programs at Northeastern University seeks a dynamic and knowledgeable Part-Time Lecturer to teach and oversee practical lab sessions for our Cell and Gene Therapy Laboratory course. This role involves delivering engaging lectures, supervising lab activities, and mentoring students in advanced cell and gene therapy techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cell and gene therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and research.

Qualifications
PhD in stem cell and regenerative biology or cell and molecular biology or a closely related field and/or an equivalent graduate degree plus at least five years of work experience in biotechnology, biopharma, pharmaceuticals or related industry. Proven platform skills required, as is an open, supportive personal style willing to receive assistance and coaching when needed from the director. Prior experience in a diverse higher education institution preferred.
Part-time instructors work under the direction of the director. Part-time instructors will hold office hours as appropriate. This is a part-time position.
