  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
  • Tuesday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm 
  • The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner and assesses customer needs, providing specific information and assistance to ensure needs are met. 
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
