Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead reconciliation and investigation with related teams (including 3rd party) to manage collection on daily base for trade AR.
  • Monitor AR outstanding items to prevent overdue %.
  • Make judgement and sound solution for disputes cases timely and proactively.
  • Contact to customers, sales team in fluent working language to clarify inquiries/ provide support through both phone call and emails
  • Provide AR review and analysis result to controller and tower lead on annual budget, cash flow forecasting and ad-hoc AR related data analysis. 
  • Drive change management and act commentary and control aligning with LBS goal.
