We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our development teams as Senior/Lead Software Engineer, with focus on backend development, technology being Java.

Responsibilities
- Being part of an Agile development team
- Contributing to the success of our customer projects
- Development of new product functionality, technical analysis, effort estimation
- Design and implementation of new business requirements
- Working in close cooperation with customer’s representatives
- Leveraging your deep understanding of Java Enterprise Technology (including experience with open source proprietary technology
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Java
- At least 3 projects within experience
- Good understanding of design patterns
- Experience working with public cloud services (preferred AWS)
- Strong knowledge about Java (17+) running in containerized environment
- Strong knowledge about Spring frameworks
- Strong knowledge about Test Pyramid (Unit, Component, Integration, E2E)
- Experience with SQL
- Critical thinking / challenging status Quo
- Experience in coaching team members
- Good command of English both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience working with Apache Kafka
- Knowledge about DDD or BDD
