Digital Engineering/BIM Manager

Role

Lendlease is currently searching for a BIM Manager, who will be focused on an upcoming large scale health project in the West Melbourne region. You will provide strategic advice and process design and implementation on all the models in BIM 360 to LOD 500. You will also take the lead on licensing and coordination between consultants, architects and other internal and external stakeholders in regard to BIM modelling. You will contribute to the development of site plans, models, animations and renderings, BIM workflows and schedules ensuring any clash detection and optimisation of the overall project.

It will be a be a stand alone position on the project based initially in the main office before shifting to a site office, working within a small regional team, with support from national resources.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience within BIM coordination and management
  • Extensive experience and credibility working with Digital and BIM technology and capability, preferably from the construction, engineering or a trade background
  • Practical project and site experience focussed on digital design and construction is preferable
  • Experience on large scale projects 
  • Experience in BIM 360 integration between the data
  • Strong leadership, management and communication skills, with the ability to build key relationships with a range of stakeholders within the business.
