Accenture is looking for a strategic and experienced SAP S/4HANA Roadmap & Blueprint Consultant to guide our clients through their complex digital transformation journeys. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing comprehensive S/4HANA roadmaps, aligning business objectives with technology solutions, and ensuring successful transitions. You will be a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and industry best practices to drive strategic decision-making.

You will also play a crucial role in our clients' S/4HANA transformation journeys. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the blueprinting phase, translating business requirements into detailed system designs, and ensuring a solid foundation for successful implementations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities Roadmap:

  • Develop and articulate clear, actionable SAP S/4HANA roadmaps tailored to client-specific business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing SAP landscapes and business processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into strategic S/4HANA implementation plans.
  • Define target architectures, timelines, and resource requirements for S/4HANA transformations.
  • Evaluate and recommend optimal deployment scenarios (e.g., greenfield, brownfield, hybrid).
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate roadmap strategies to stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on S/4HANA best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with S/4HANA implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, functional consultants, and project managers.
  • Support pre-sales activities by developing proposals and presenting roadmap strategies to potential clients.
  • Stay up to date with the newest SAP changes, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities Blueprint

  • Lead and facilitate blueprint workshops with clients to gather detailed business requirements.
  • Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design SAP S/4HANA solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive blueprint documentation, including process flows, functional specifications
  • Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to ensure alignment between business requirements and system design.
  • Provide expert advice on SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry standards )e.g., Finance, Logistics, Sales, Procurement, manufacturing, enterprise asset management, transportation, warehousing, sustainability)
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the blueprinting phase.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates.
  • Work with clients to ensure a good understanding of the blueprinting process.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or bachelor degree and strong relevant experience
  • Between 2 and 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on S/4HANA roadmaps and strategy and blueprinting.
  • A track record of leading or contributing to at least one significant SAP transformation, from initial vision to go-live.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively across all stakeholder levels—from process owners and subject matter experts to executive leadership—through professional dialogue, clear presentations, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset, comfortable learning on the fly and taking initiative in fast-paced environments. Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities, and deployment options (Brown, Hybrid and Greenfield).
  • Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Sales, Procurement, manufacturing, enterprise asset management, transportation, warehousing, sustainability)
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering successful S/4HANA roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business language.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in conducting blueprint workshops and documenting business requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience creating or supporting business cases, transformation roadmaps, and ROI analyses specifically for S/4HANA.
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori, analytics, AI/ML, or other innovative features that further enhance S/4HANA’s value proposition.
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and related technologies
  • Good business concepts & methodologies understanding (e.g. FMECA, 3PL, 4PL, Process Industries, Customer Segmentations)
  • Knowledge of ISO standards
  • Previous leadership experience—project oversight, stakeholder engagement, or people management—that can drive transformative outcomes.
