Responsible to establish effective training courses, build and develop excellent human relations and good leadership culture in the organization through training intervention. 1. Facilitates design and implementation of company-wide personnel training, career development and succession process. 2. Conducts Training Needs Analysis to identify the relevant training intervention across all functions. 3. Consolidate such training need into a training calendar for the year and ensure the timely and efficient implementation of such training plan. 4. Ensure an effective and efficient conduct of training using internal and external resources, in accordance with the training plan/calendar. 5. Ensure a systematic and effective measurement and evaluation of training effectiveness against competency requirements. 6. Maintain and update records of training (training information system) as well as records of training resource person.
