The Indirect Procurement team is responsible for optimizing the procurement processes of indirect materials and services for our internal stakeholders.

As a working student Indirect Procurement (m/f/d), you will support the team in defining and implementing new procurement strategies.

Verantwortungen

• Development, implementation and optimization of procurement strategies for indirect materials and services
• Development of reportings
• Identification of market trends
• Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation and implementation of specific cost optimization measures
• Participation in projects

Anforderungen

• Degree with a focus on supply chain management, finance or similar
• First professional experience in project management and procurement desirable
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and the Coupa procurement platform desirable
• Results-oriented, proactive and independent way of working as well as a sense of responsibility
• High motivation to work in a small, young team
• Strong analytical skills and process thinking
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
