Are you a self-driven, analytically savvy, creative content marketing manager who approaches content from the perspective of a customer? Are you looking for an opportunity to help create something big and meaningful in a fun, fast-paced, empowering environment? If so, read on. As a Content Marketing Manager, you’ll set the content marketing strategy to drive interest in our brand and our products. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders across Marketing as well as Customer Experience, Product, and Partnerships teams, you will serve as the content ideation engine providing focus to our team of writers, supporting our blog, and fulfilling copy needs throughout the marketing funnel. You will also be responsible for working with design to uplevel our website experience through content and assets. You operate from a customer-centric mentality, anticipating the types of content that will resonate with our various audiences. You are able to turn vision into action, transforming our blog into a content library and elevating how people interact with SB content. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the impact and influence content in various forms can have on a small business owner, has an understanding of the insurance industry or small business segment and has managed previously. You have launched a website or are familiar with content delivery tools. You are organized, thrive in structure and can solve problems with grace. You also have experience identifying high value behaviors and trackable metrics to help connect the dots to overall business results. Most of our first round interviews will take place over Zoom; however, further through the process there may be the opportunity/expectation to meet members of the team in-person.
