Assistant Director of Operations, Mary Amelia Center for Women’s Health Equity Research (MAC)

Summary
The Assistant Director of Operations (ADO) will contribute to strategic planning efforts and program development efforts and will coordinate and manage multiple aspects of the Mary Amelia Center for Women’s Health Equity Research (MAC), including several projects and initiatives. Duties will include supervision and management of center staff and student research assistants. ADO will be responsible for overall management of MAC research projects, evaluation activities, in addition to overseeing outreach and dissemination. ADO may also participate in select training activities as needed. The AOD will work closely with MAC leadership to shape program priorities, seek funding opportunities, and produce annual reports. Additionally, they will build partnerships within and beyond the university, representing MAC at events and coordinating activities with external collaborators. The ADO should also have a capacity for leadership, managing a diverse workforce, goal setting, and conflict resolution so that effectiveness and efficiency of MAC is maintained at a high level.

This position is classified as "exempt, salaried" and is assigned to pay grade 26.
