Employee Engagement Team Leader (fixed- term contract)
- A role with great exposure to internal and external clients across all regions
- A role with a focus on the end-to-end implementation and management of Employee Engagement projects and EE team management
We are inviting a passionate and highly driven Team Leader from the data driven environment professionals to join our global team,
united by a collaborative culture that transcends business units and borders.
This role will be managing a team of Employee Engagement Specialists and managing a portfolio of projects focused on understanding and improving our clients’ employee engagement initiatives.

In this role you will be:
- Managing a team of Employee Engagement Specialists, you will do this by ensuring a positive, productive and engaging team culture through your ability to lead, inspire, motivate, coach and manage your people to deliver exceptional levels of quality whilst meeting all relevant operational and business targets,
- Proactively participate in and drive engagement initiatives within the team,
- Create a highly engaging, inclusive, positive and fun work experience for your team,
- Through your leadership you will create a customer centric culture, ensuring that all team activities are focused on the effective delivery to the end customer and high levels of customer satisfaction,
- Coach and support team members through regular 1:1s and reviews to encourage people to develop their skills and to own and achieve their performance, quality and customer outcomes consistently,
- Become a knowledge expert in terms of the Employee Engagement’s products, tools and services, full training provided,
- Monitor and report on Employee Engagement projects to ensure that they are kept on schedule and meet budgetary requirements,
- Develop strong, credible relationships with EE managers and Consultants across all regions,
- Advise the clients on the most suitable EE project solutions – methodologically, technically and most of all – operationally.
What you need to have:
- Demonstrated expertise in effectively managing and coordinating both teams and projects in a multinational environment and across diverse cultures - min. 3 years
- Proven ability to deliver multiple projects
- Proven experience working with and interpreting data, ideally people-related data
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of dynamic projects and tasks
- Ability to negotiate
- English C1+ is required for oral and written communication
What makes you stand out:
- Knowledge of online survey tools (Qualtrics, Forsta, Sawtooth)
- Experience in quantitative market research or Employee Engagement Surveys
