Our Team

We are building next generation MDM solutions such as Customer 360, Reference 360, Product 360, Customer 360 Insights and more. Our team provides the core/platform support to develop these solutions. Our Team uses advanced technologies such as Spark, Mongodb, Elasticsearch, Advanced Java. We are a development team made up of team members from Bangalore, Toronto, Redwood City, Stuttgart and Chennai.

Lead Software Engineer – Java Backend Developer 

Candidate with experience in Java, microservices, Data Structures, Algorithm & cloud experience.

You will report to the Sr. Manager Development

You will work as a Lead Software Engineer with a record of developing and delivering enterprise-class software to join the group. You will work in an environment delivering product and feature increments in short iterations. Your technical skills will be very important to deliver product functionalities across releases of MDM SaaS.

Your Responsibilities

• Active technical leadership in architecture and design of new product features
• Facilitating the collaboration and engagement between senior members of the team to ensure sound design and implementation of key functionality areas for the product
• Collaborate with peer engineers, and architects spanning their respective areas to deliver end-to-end components and features.
• Work in an agile software development team delivering product and feature increments in short iterations
• Handling customer escalations that are routed to R&D from Global customer support (would require you to re-prioritize your tasks)
• Gather and interpret broad requirement specifications from customers/Product Management that are not yet defined.
• Produce techno-functional specs and designs based on high-level requirements.
• Estimate efforts, identify risks, and meet project schedules.

What We'd Like to See

• Experience in Database as MongoDB, SQLite/Iceberg.
• Exposure to and experience in Kubernetes, Rest Framework like Springboot, Batch framework like Spark and version controls such as GITHUB/BitBucket

Your Qualifications

• Btech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of server-side software development experience, a portion of which was within a large enterprise software company
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, analyzing, optimizing, and troubleshooting systems and system related technology
• Object oriented design and programming.
• Strong programming skills in Java
• Experience with database concepts, SQL programming is mandatory
