GLOBAL MEDIA SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – SKINCARE AND NICHE BRANDS, CDI H/F

The Global Media Senior Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the development of Coty's media strategy for a selection of luxury European-based brands.

Through strategic thinking and local tactical execution tracking, this talent will use the power of traditional and digital paid media to contribute to the profitable and sustainable growth of the brands he/she has in charge.

The Global Media Senior Project Manager will utilize interpersonal and influential ability to ensure seamless translation of global strategies into local executions while providing necessary support to markets. This talent will therefore coordinate and partner with a strong network of local media/marketing communities across the world as well as global vendors and partners.

The Global Media Senior Project Manager will be part of a team which will implement outreach strategies, coordinate campaigns across multiple platforms offline and online, as well as ensuring the compliancy of the local strategies. This talent will also be a contact for licensors on a day-to-day basis as well as internal global marketing teams.

RESPONSABILITIES

As our Global Media Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible of:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of the Global Media strategy across all platforms and designated brands.
  • Global media planning, activation and reporting of Globally led media investment.
  • Being responsible for owning key relationships across all media sectors and key digital players.
  • Supporting Global Marketing teams to scale worldwide investments for strategic planning, as relevant challenge market discrepancies.
  • Delivering against business goals/objectives, ensuring the best ROI possible.
  • Strong knowledge of advocacy, content and paid amplification models, knowledge on building successful social media platforms via connected ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta ads manager, reporting, extracting data from Google analytics to analyzing campaigns impact on DTC sales / consideration.
  • Continually communicating and evaluating progress against key metrics while constantly looking at ways to optimize performance.
  • Working closely with the agency to understand the competitive marketplace and key takeaways from PCAs.
  • Collaborating internally with Brand Marketing teams to ensure Media is a contributor to their brand growth.
  • Contributing to seeking 1st to markets innovation across digital partners.
  • Collaborating with key centralized resources such as, marketing, digital, PR/influencer, ecommerce, etc. Collaborate closely with Consumer Market Insights team on understanding audiences and performance of campaigns through SOM trends.
  • Developing and executing ongoing media presentation for Brands and leadership teams and presentation (reporting+education) for license.
  • Maintaining strong relationship and collaboration with the media Agency of Record.
  • Collaborating closely with Influencer & Digital marketing teams for development and execution of content partnership deals.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a Global Media Senior Project Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you have:

  • 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Media or Related Field.
  • 8+ years in media with client / agency background and significant time spent in media strategy across all media channels (TV, Digital, OOH, Print).
  • Experience managing media budgets across multiple brands/sub-brands, client or agency side.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media landscape and current/emerging platforms & technologies.
  • Substantial experience with digital media strategy, social media platforms and activation to build synergies with Ecom and DTC teams.
  • Global and high-end skincare, high end beauty experience and media knowledge appreciated.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, ability to present to leadership.
  • Track record of creating and executing a Global Media strategy answering business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of the KPIs to optimize media performance.
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing.
  • Experience in a dynamic, matrix organization.
  • Experience in growing strong partnerships with key digital players.
  • Being an active learner who is willing to experiment and be open minded to new ideas and technology.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
