We are currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our ROOMS team.

As a Duty Manager, we rely on you to:

作为值班经理，需要独立承担以下岗位职责

• Assist FOM to ensure smooth operation of front office. Be familiar with the functions of the front office service facilities and be in good condition.
• 协助FOM管理酒店前厅部的日常运营，熟悉前厅部服务设施的功能并保持良好状态。
• Maintain good customer relationship and be able to handle guest complaints independently and effectively.
• 保持良好的客户关系，能够独立有效地处理客人的投诉。
• To provide general management support throughout the hotel at all times, monitoring guest satisfaction, security, and employee' s activities. 
• 提供全面的管理支持，监督客人的满意度，安全以及员工活动。

We are looking for someone who:

候选人应具备以下特质

• Minimum 1 years in the same position in 5-star international hotel, preferably has hotel pre-opening experience.

1年以上国际五星级酒店同等职位, 具备酒店筹开经验优先。

• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.

良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力。

• Good team player, build team morale and have passionate, energetic, fashionable personality.

良好的团队合作精神，建立团队精神，具有热情、活力、时尚的个性。

• Good execution and follow up.

良好的执行力和跟踪能力。

• Good at Microsoft office and Opera system.

熟练使用微软办公软件和Opera系统。
