In order to sustain KEYSIGHT business and growth, JPN-Communications solutions sales(CSS) is looking at increasing Account managers for specific market , wireless, network, Aero Defense and secuirty market.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for Target order Achievement and consistent Order Growth with strong leadership.
You will be leading the growing team as account manager in Comms and responsible for taking competitive share and deploy our core strategy, Enterprise selling.
Key performance indicators beyond target order while collaboratiing oversea R&D and support team globally. Funnel Management, Comeptitive deal planning, SAMex, order linearity achievement and discount management are also key NPI.

Account manager
Responsible for sales order target and develop/support customer's success.
Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners through daily activity
Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans.
Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities
Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations
Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree in Science and Technology
Sales Experience (>5 Years)
Aggressive passion for the growth with Strong leadership
Strong accountability as field engineer
Demonstrated global sales skill by a tight collaboration with R&D team
Demonstrated ability to develop key relationships in a customer facing role
English Communication (>730 TOEIC)
Fluent Japanese Comunicataion
Willingness to travel approximately 25%-50% of the time
