Summary
- Position Summary
- As part of the System Security leadership team, the Director of Security Technology Integration sets the strategic direction for and manages the processes associated with system-wide integration of security technology, to include edge devices, software, and supporting systems. The role includes oversight of access control; video management; managing vendor relationships and performance; installation, repair, & maintenance of security edge devices; project management of security elements of new construction, expansion, renovation; building business cases to support program investment, and delivering new security technology capabilities.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- License/Certifications: N/A.
- Experience: 8 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of security technology use and development. 3 years’ management-level experience with program level responsibility in security technology management with responsibilities in alignment with position summary.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
- Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
- Prior experience with private sector security organizations or an entity with a mission to safeguard people and assets of organizations of 50,000 people or more preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred; any other IT or System certifications valued.
