Design and develop front-end experiences for the MyAds website.
How much time will the resource spend pair programming?
We pair on an on-demand basis. There is no set time.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React and related technologies.
- Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver projects from concept to completion.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices.
- Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.
- Contribute to design and architecture decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with React-Redux for state management.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with full-stack development, especially Java and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Contributions to open-source React libraries or components.
