A local Sumner company is searching for a Forklift Operator / Assembler who will have core responsibilities on the Logistics team in a fast-paced and critical position for incoming and outgoing deliveries for our customers.
Location: Sumner, WA
Position Type: Temporary to Hire
Pay: $19.00.00/hr
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday
Duties:
- Load semi-truck trailers
- Help support the unloading, checking-in, and distribution of freight
- Manage shipping pallet organization
- Ensure the highest quality pallets are used for shipments.
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Forklift and loading/unloading experience
- Experience to reading bill of lading and other freight forms
- Comfortable and confident reaching up to 25 ft to get product down
- Able to lift, shift, and push up to 75lbs
- Be self-motivated and follow directions given verbally or written
