Advanced Quality Engineer

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Fulfilling the quality related deliverables in accordance to PLUS (Adient Product/Launch system) (i.e. Product Safety Manufacturing Certificate, SC CC workshop, PPAP, VDA 6.3 preparation)
  • Plan, organize and drive the team to implement preventive actions in projects
  • Drive customer specific APQP process and customer reporting
  • Manage customer PPAP´s
  • Drive Lessons Learned / BBP to exceed customer and Johnson Controls requirements
  • Manage customer for Quality topics and synchronize (or align) with
  • all SDT members
  • Support the program launch for any quality concerns latest for SOP + 90 calendar days
  • Responsible for the problem solving process during program execution before SOP and SOP +90
  • Promote quality tools (8D, PSD, KT) inside the SDT
  • Ensure prototype quality (incl. Process)
  • Interface to SAQE and SAQ-Process
  • Prepare quality section of SSOW

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Professional background in Manufacturing and/or Quality and/or Engineering
  • Min 5 years relevant work experience
  • English – fluent written and spoken
  • Interface with local Fiat customer, speaking Polish,
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Sense of innovation and leadership
  • Driving license and mobility – business travels required
  • Italian language knowledge will be an advantage
