THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT YOU

  • Helping Social & Advocacy Manager & Onefluence Ogivly manage the send-out & paid process from planning to implementation.
  • Monitor results alongside with the agency all the A&I campaigns and assist Manager with the preparation of campaigns and reports.
  • Identify new influencer profiles, help with value match.
  • Help prepare ROAK & trends activation ad-hoc actions.
  • Help with community management process to achieve monthly KPIs on brands (Lancôme & Biotherm).
  • Conduct and approve contest/ giveaways/regulations.
  • Complete privacy brief.
  • Manage Social Media content and Facebook groups activations for eD2C.
  • Regular check on assets rights (every 6 months), follow-up via Opera platform.
  • Manage content for social media platforms (FB & YT) for eD2C and retailers (IG), including copywriting.
  • Helping to organize special PR activation and other specific events for the brands (launching a product, NMA shooting for local content creation, spontaneous POS events for consumers).
  • Keeping track of diverse administrative procedures as well as get involved in other projects on your direct manager's request.
  • Assist PM to plan, develop, and execute specific marketing initiatives (labeling, planograms & merchandising).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Passion for the marketing/ digital industry and its best practices.
  • Passion for learning, express curiosity and growing in the field.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members. 
  • Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, strong attention to detail, effective time management to meet deadlines, maintaining an orderly documentation.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and familiar with social media platforms.
  • Good knowledge of influencers field and influencers campaigns.
  • Demonstrate interest in TikTok & Instagram beauty trends and campaigns.
  • Current enrollment in a related BS or Master's degree.
