Job Description

• As Bosch Inhouse SAP Sales (SD) functional consultant, serve Bosch Group different Business Units’ related Enterprise- IT Solutions consulting and Implementation activities, in internationally team Set-Up & Environment
• With focus on Sales Process related Bosch Global Enterprise IT template Solution ( SAP S/4HANA & ECC6.0 related) Daily support, development& rollouts Projects - incl. trouble shooting, Requirement Analyze, Functional Solution Design and development.
• Enterprise-IT 销售流程解决方案顾问, 对博世相关事业部内部客户提供服务, 以国际团队合作方式交付方案。
• 负责博世集团旗下事业部ERP相关全球Template solution（SAP S/4 & ECC）的日常运维，新需求开发和推广; 工作范围包含问题解决，需求分析，技术方案设计及其开发实施.

Qualifications

• Solid SAP ERP SD module knowhow of ECC6.0 and S/4HANA version;
• Extensive Order2Cash (Sales & distribution incl. outbound Logistic) and Cross-Value-chain process knowhow; strong industry experiences on trade business
• Around 3~5 years experiences working in Enterprise-IT solution area, family with different type of ERP project delivering inc. Development (Agile) & Rollout type (Waterfall) projects.
• Strong ability in business Requirement analyses, and its adaptation into IT-Solution, incl. Concept design and technical specification for Development (close in-cooperate with technical developer team)
• Deep-dive E2E analyzing & Problem-solving ability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer orientation consultancy, self-learning habbit
• Ability to work in international teams, Goods Communication and presentation skills, fluent English both in Oral and Written.
• Below as Plus:
• S/4HANA Project implementation Experiences of large scale international Company, especially none- Green-fields projects.
• Integration and Interface knowledge in API or EDI.
• Fiori implementation experience
• ABAP knowhow (e.g code reading, debug)
• 扎实的SAP SD 模块技术知识 (包含R3 & S/4HANA)；丰富的销售分销业务形态和Value-chain关联流程知识；具有贸易业务领域相关经验
• 3~5年的 Enterprise-IT 领域开发项目和 推广实施项目相关经验 ；
• 优秀的端到端需求分析梳理， 以及转换至IT方案深度设计和实施能力（包含开发型实现方式的深度技术specification）.
• 具有深入的问题分析和解决能力
• 优良的协作能力，沟通能力，客户导向思维, 以及自学能力
• 能够与国际团队一起合作，熟练的英语读写能力;
• 拥有以下知识将更加吸引力：
• 大型S/4HANA项目实施经验 ( 特别是”None-Green-fields”类)
• ERP 端常见接口和集成类技术：API&EDI。
• Fiori 实施经验
• ABAP知识（代码理解，debug）
