I love being a working mom at Kellanova. Our culture really promotes work-life balance and the flexibility that I get allows me to be the best mom I can be as well as bringing my best self to work. And parenthood is really celebrated here. I'm often swapping pictures of my little ones or celebrating their milestones together with my leadership and teams. Whether it's a kid's doctor's appointment or a school holiday, I never hesitate to focus on my family and feel encouraged to do so here at Kellanova. Also, my toddler loves the fact that mom works for a company that makes her favorite snacks.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Production Line Support – you’ll be leading all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, sanitation efforts, maintenance requests, managing technicians and the overall budget.
• Continuous Improvement – we couldn’t do it without your owner’s mindset, and all of the acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA and LEAN.
• Direction and Servant Leadership – lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of technicians.
• Safety First – our values are important to us; our People Safety and Food Safety are 2 of them.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma/GED with related experience
• Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes
• Demonstrated supervisory experience managing people
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution
