About the Role

As a Product Designer III at Innovaccer, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to craft innovative design solutions that align with business objectives and resonate with our customers. You will translate complex business needs into intuitive, user-focused designs while mentoring junior designers and guiding our design principles.

A Day in the life

• Collaborative Design Development: Partner with product managers, developers, and designers to develop innovative solutions across multiple projects. You will define and design interfaces for various devices and platforms, and handle end-to-end design for large-scale projects..
• Creating Visuals and Prototypes: Develop process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors effectively.
• User and Business Alignment: Design solutions that address user needs and business goals, translating business requirements into customer-centric designs.

Driving Product Vision:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the vision for your solutions alongside product and engineering teams, ensuring all products within the Innovaccer ecosystem are cohesive and well-integrated.
• User-Centric Roadmap: Shape your team's roadmap and objectives from a user’s perspective, ensuring the pursuit of achievable, measurable, and impactful goals.
• Effective Communication: Convey complex ideas and project goals clearly to all stakeholders, including those unfamiliar with the project.

Refining Design Standards:

• Design Guidelines Maintenance: Evolve and maintain our Design Principles and style guides, considering the platform's future needs holistically.
• Mentorship and Direction: Provide strong design direction and mentorship to team members, encouraging creative use of our Design Principles and visual frameworks.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with other design teams within Innovaccer, fostering a unified approach to design across the company.

What You Need

• Experience: Over 5 years of industry experience in designing solutions for web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Specialized Roles: At least 4 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or a similar role.
• Design Systems Knowledge: Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Design Intuition: Strong intuition and passion for detailed interaction design.
• System-Level Thinking: An eye for system-level details and expertise in building modular designs.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team, adherence to deadlines, and reliability in delivering as promised.

Our Noida office is situated in a posh techspace, equipped with various amenities to support our work environment. Here, we follow a five-day work schedule, allowing us to efficiently carry out our tasks and collaborate effectively within our team.
