What You'll Do:

At Criteo, the Sales Enablement Team is responsible for equipping our sellers with the necessary knowledge, materials, and competencies for excellence and to empower them to be successful in their roles. We focus on two pivotal areas:

  • Sales Competency Enablement, ensuring our teams grasp the essential value-based selling techniques required for promoting our commerce media platform and
  • Product and Go-To-Market Enablement guarantees a comprehensive understanding of our products, their market positioning, and their strategic delivery approach.

Based in Barcelona, you will be joining a global team in the Enablement Specialist role. You will develop Criteo seller’s product knowledge, with a focus on specific products, in collaboration with your team members and with different stakeholders across the company, including teams such as Product Marketing, Competition & Market Intelligence, and Sales.

  • You’ll work in close relationship with the Product Marketing team on specific products to identify, propose, design, and deliver innovative and experiential enablement programs and assessments that enable Criteo sellers to grow their product and market knowledge.
  • You are the referent Enablement Specialist for your specific products. You have detailed knowledge of the products.
  • You attend relevant meetings with your stakeholders to be informed about the product development and strategy.
  • You own the design and preparation of the learning content for this product, utilizing a variety for formats. You suggest the most appropriate learning methodologies.
  • You create learning materials by coordinating with subject matter experts to deliver best in class content.
  • You are an expert on our internal LMS platform and enablement tools, leveraging all features and capabilities to provide the best learning experience.
  • You engage with internal facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of training as needed and to ensure assessments are in place for each training format.
  • You follow up on enablement KPIs by ensuring the required reporting is available to share with relevant stakeholders, including management, and by recommending follow up action plans to improve teams’ engagement, performance, and business outcomes.
  • As the Enablement Specialist, you are spreading enablement best practices with your stakeholders, and you get feedback as required.
  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate in global initiatives to improve the enablement experience and impact.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least one successful project management experience.
  • You have experience with instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
  • You have the ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize and execute different tasks.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
  • You are a problem solver and maintain a positive attitude and flexibility in a fast paced environment.
  • You have a strong attention to detail, a passion for new technologies, and a willingness to learn.
