As a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic initiatives across Interwell Health, including evolving our corporate strategy, ensuring strategic alignment of internal initiatives, and partnering with functional leaders to solve strategic and operational challenges. Reporting to a Senior Leader on the Strategy team, you will tackle complex business questions using market intelligence, data, industry and company knowledge. You’ll bring structure to key strategic problems and work with executives internally and with our investors to drive positive momentum. This highly visible, cross-functional role requires a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and complexity, is highly structured, data-driven, and excels at managing executive relationships. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Bring strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business, finance, product, and operational questions 
• Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues, define actionable and innovative improvement levers 
• Operationalize cross-functional strategy decisions, in conjunction with internal function leads 
• Develop a deep understanding of Interwell Health’s business and the value-based kidney care industry 
• Communicate effectively with partners at all levels, including the executive team 
• Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams including Clinical Ops, Operations, Finance, and Data to drive strategic initiatives execution 

What You’ll Need:

• BA/BS degree and 6+ years of experience in management consulting or a strategy-related role with experience in the healthcare industry OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven healthcare knowledge including an acute understanding of the health care system and how providers/payers/patients interact; knowledge of health care services and digital health business models 
• Strategic, structured thinker with excellent problem-solving & analytical skills and the proficiency to interpret data and synthesize insights, driving alignment and outcomes 
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders 
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, with ability to work with speed and agility to meet tight deadlines and balance short- and long-term strategic initiatives and priorities 
• Ability to travel up to 20% required for internal meetings and partner interactions
