Salesforce Health Cloud Lead (50% technical / 50% Functional)

Location: Remote or MN

The Salesforce Health Cloud Lead will work as part of a team dedicated to ensuring we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical and communication skills. This critical role will lead the healthcare-related initiatives aligned to our company strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Review and integrate all application requirements into Architecture design, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand program-level requirements, identify dependencies, and develop scalable solutions that meet program goals.
• Design and develop flexible, scalable, and robust architecture for Salesforce to meet the dynamic needs of various projects on Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
• Design and develop Salesforce integrations with different systems utilizing Web services (REST or SOAP) and middleware (i.e., Jitterbit, BizTalk, Mulesoft).
• Maintain experienced knowledge of integrations coming in and out of Salesforce.com.
• Lead the full application architecture process, including translating business requirements into functional solutions. Define and adhere to CRM best practices and methodologies.
• Oversee phases for multiple projects including development, testing, deployment to ensure alignment with application architecture.
• Drive the adoption of Salesforce best practices and build standard processes for development and testing teams to follow.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and advancements in Salesforce Health Cloud and related technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organization's architecture and roadmap.
• Perform hands-on solution design and deliver proof-of-concepts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce project implementations.
• 2+ years of experience on Salesforce Health Cloud & Force platform as an Architect
• Experience in Lighting Aura and Web Components and strong hands-on experience in development practices.
• Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, and Developer Certifications required.
• Salesforce Architecture Certifications preferred.
