RPG Developer Requirements: 

1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
2. Should have a working knowledge of RDi
3. Proficient in navigator
4. Strong knowledge of DB2 SQL
5. Strong knowledge of DB2 SQL tables
6. Proficient in RPGLE especially with copy books, functions, and procedures, Built in functions
7. Understanding of imbedded SQL in RPG both cursor and native.
8. Proficient with IBM system API’s
9. Helpful if they have experience with MKS
10. Experience with XML
11. Would be nice if they have used “Service Now” in the past
12. Experience with creating deployment documents to move objects to production
