QA Lead (ERP and Systems of Record Applications)

Location: Remote

Will supervise team of about 10 onshore and offshore QA Analysts

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates for test effort
• Assist in UAT testing phase
• Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, maintain metrics and provide go/no go recommendation
• Manage deployments into Test and UAT environments
• Manage and produce QA metrics
• Manage QA team members with the responsibilities of:
• Participate on an agile team
• Review requirements and clarify requirements
• Automate test scripts for smoke and regression testing using Selenium and C#
• Generate test data for short and long term application needs
• Ensure traceability of Test Cases to User Stories
• Log and track defects through to resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of Lead experience
• Minimum of 3 years ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems experience
• Minimum of 5 years of QA testing experience
• Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred
• Experience with SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act) is preferred
• Strong web testing experience (Angular), APIs, UI/UX
• Well-versed in testing methods
• Experience with Agile Methodology
• Knowledge of SQL scripting background a plus
• Detail oriented and a problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong collaboration skills
• Experience with Automated Testing Tools is a plus: Selenium, Visual Studios
