Data Engineer (R, Python)
Location: Remote
Seeking 5+ years of experience in data engineering. Seeking hands on data modeling/data engineer and applying security models to data sets.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a business environment manipulating and using data to solve business problems.
- 2+ years’ experience with at least one scripting language such as R, Python, MATLAB, etc.
- Strong SQL and data modeling.
- Experience building data models or datasets for consumption
- Strong background in using statistical concepts to analyze data.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Shiny.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed and highly motivated, with a tolerance for ambiguity.
- Service oriented and highly responsive to internal and external ad hoc requests.
- Professional, responsible, dependable.
Preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft 365 (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate).
- Knowledge of personnel assessment and selection.
- Experience working with confidential data.
