Assistant Manager Business Development- South

At Paytm Insider, we are looking for someone who will be responsible for identifying, creating, and nurturing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development: Enhance and develop Paytm Insider's brand presence, increasing market awareness across Goa, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana.
  • Opportunity Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various genres and the entertainment ecosystem.
  • Negotiations and Deals: Lead negotiations for new business contracts and deals.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors and evaluate Paytm Insider’s offerings in response to market developments.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans and strategies. Align strategies with company goals and market trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts and revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the client servicing, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the event Industry in Account Management. Minimum 2 years in Sales.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in the local language/languages of the region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of helping achieve sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Working Conditions:

  • Work from Office with frequent travel.
  • Flexible work hours may be necessary to accommodate client schedules and deadlines.
