We're looking for a passionate content creator who loves to bring client cultures and stories to life through written content. You’ll be part of the Paradox team responsible for building world-class career websites for our clients, and have the opportunity to work directly with clients and partner across internal teams to bring a career site vision to life.

As a Client Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing copy and web content for clients’ Paradox-built career sites. In this role, you will: 

  • Partner with Paradox clients to develop a deep understanding of their organization’s unique culture, employer brand, candidates and recruitment priorities 
  • Create copy and related web content for clients’ career sites, adopting each client’s unique brand, voice, and tone in messaging
  • Be a team player in a highly collaborative website development and delivery process, working closely with designers, developers, and implementation team members
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) using relevant keywords and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing and web content trends 
  • Support multiple client projects simultaneously across various stages of delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience creating content for websites or other digital platforms (internships and part-time jobs count)
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content in various formats
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Creativity and a passion for storytelling
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment and handling multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters office
  • Authorization to work in the United States 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with web design
  • Previous client-facing work experience in a B2B setting with enterprise companies
