Job Description

Position Summary

This position is responsible for engineering lab facility management, development and maintenance of test equipment in Shanghai Lab.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Test facility and consumables procurement in lab acc. to investment needs from PA3 & EPM3 business lines;
  2. Responsible for test materials and equipment purchase related work, including all related procedure activities follow up, and final acceptance;
  3. Responsible for equipment development, maintenance and calibration; Including annual calibration plan, interface to external calibration laboratories with cost control, calibration certificates effectiveness and acceptance, facility labels and files update etc.;
  4. Involve getting lab Q-Doc ready for all accreditation maintenance and extension, assist QMM to make sure QM assurance and quality system control fulfilled in lab operation;
  5. Implement the training system for engineers using testing equipment.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or other related subject;
  2. Good command of English with experience of EU communication;
  3. Prefer at least 3 years working experience related to testing/lab facility management, or 5 years related to facility management;
  4. Good understanding of ISO 17025; knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 is plus;
  5. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
  6. PMP mindset or lean management knowledge is plus;
