Maintain operational excellence.

As a Services Manager at Sodexo, you'll will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service departments, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of skilled service professionals. You will work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless delivery and contribute to the overall success of the company.

What you’ll do: 

• Develop and implement service procedures, policies and standards
• Maintain an organised and efficient service department including inventory management and scheduling
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies

What you bring: 

• Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive decision making
• Strong dedication to service excellence
