  • Use computer packages to prepare graphics.
  • Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis.
  • Required knowledge of Healthcare Finance concepts.
  • Understanding of wRVUs, pay tiers, insurance processing and collections.
  • Participate and complete industry survey data for reporting agencies.
  • Experience with Excel Pivot Tables, Analytics and Functions.
  • Provide recommendation on process improvement projects.
  • Analyze financial documents for accuracy.
  • Track and verify cost data for new systems.
  • Measure ROI on new collection tools.
  • Prepare Financial Dashboards for 18 cost centers.
  • Collect and analyze changes in physician production.
  • Calculate cost per Mid-Level Practitioner versus production.
  • Manage Q12 budget.
