What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in a large scale or contract catering role, with a strong track record of managing food service operations and a diverse team
• A passion for all things hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative food offers
• Knowledge and experience in controlling budgets and proactive strategy planning
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients and stakeholders
• Flexibility to adapt to different client requirements and the creativity to develop exciting new concepts that delight our customers
