Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Temporary Customer Service Representative for a local business. 

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Daily Tasks Include:

• General office and clerical - copying, filing, faxing, phones, etc.
• Answer and operate Shoretel phone system smoothly, take accurate messages if necessary
• Work swiftly within multiple software systems to find or input information
• Input customer order for accurate delivery 
• Establish, organize, and finalize new customer accounts
• Store incoming lead information for future follow up

Qualifications:

• Data entry experience
• Customer service experience
• Microsoft Excel experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
