EA’s Next-Gen Talent (NGT) team is searching for an enthusiastic Program Manager & Strategist to join our team and guide our efforts in interns & full-time talent recruiting. You will understand recruitment requirements, lead the execution of programs, ensure inclusivity is woven into the fabric of everything we do, and act as an ambassador for EA with Next-Gen Talent in the India & APAC regions. You will partner with the broader NGT team to provide a candidate experience to ensure that all candidates have a positive interaction with EA at all stages of the recruitment process.
You will report to the Senior Director of Next-Gen Talent and Recruiting Intelligence, and you will work in a hybrid work model.
