Job Location: Bangalore

We're looking for an experienced Director, Solution Architecture, GSI to join our India partner engineering organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Partner Engineering, you'll be responsible for:

• Recruit and develop the partner sales engineering team.
• Refine the partner engineering processes such as champion development, practice building, service offer creation, and sales engagement.
• Engage with partner senior technical leadership on strategic programs.
• Lead from the front with the capability to develop and deliver solution overviews and demonstrations.
• Drive the development of strategic partner plans.
• Promote products and business solutions at conferences, forums, and seminars.
• Contribute to product development or enhancements to existing products to product management function.

What We're Looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in partner engineering, sales engineering or systems engineering with at least 5 years managing and directing a team.
• Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies including: HTTP and web related technologies, proxies, caches, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPN's, DLP, anti-virus, spam and spyware solutions (Gateway and SaaS).
• Ability to influence technical decision makers and executives.
• Ability to travel frequently.
