The Microsoft Azure Storage Platform team is responsible for defining, building, and deploying the foundational platforms and setting strategy, managing, and optimizing the fleet hosting Azure Storage services. We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to join our team to lead the Azure Storage Fleet Strategy and Capacity management team. This is a unique and highly visible management role with large scope to create strategies and drive optimizations for delivering operational excellence in storage fleet management for best-in-class first party and third party customer experiences. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, identifying trends impacting storage fleet capacity efficiencies, steering the capacity strategy and operations to deliver end to end seamless customer capacity experiences while meeting fleet quality, availability and business profitability goals.

Technical Program Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
